Delivery
We aim to despatch orders of stock items within 48 hours of cleared payment.
Items are usually delivered within 48 hours of processing your order, however, please allow 7 days for your delivery to arrive.
His & Hers Intimates only deliver to UK addresses at present.
Delivery Costs
We charge a flat rate of £4.99 on all orders up to £100.00 delivered to a UKmainland address.
For areas outside mainland UK ( Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands) please contact us on sales@hisandhersintimates.co.uk before placing your order to find out the cost of delivery.
FREE DELIVERY to UK mainland addresses on all orders over £100.00
UK mainland orders are sent via BUSINESS POST, one of the country's largest parcel couriers.
All orders are sent in plain packaging.
Supply of Goods
Due to the nature of our product range, we are unable to guarantee the availability of products. If an item is no longer available or out of stock, you will be notified of the expected date of delivery and given the opportunity to wait for delivery, choose an alternative item or cancel your order.
Returns
If you wish to return any items, please inform us by email within 24 hours of receipt on sales@hisandhersintimates.co.uk
Items must be returned (at your expense) within 7 days and we will be happy to exchange for a different size or style. If you prefer we will issue you with a full refund, less delivery costs.
Please be aware additional postage charges will apply if an exchange is requested.
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged/faulty, you may return it for a FULL refund/exchange including delivery costs and return postage.
Returned items MUST be unworn in new condition, in their original packaging and with all labels and tags attached. The items must also be undamaged, unwashed and unsoiled. Sealed items MUST be unopened. In the event of a refund, we will credit your account within 7 days of receipt and satisfactory inspection of the items.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for knickers, briefs, thongs, boxer shorts and hosiery (including socks) where the packaging has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
We strongly recommend that for your security returned items are sent by recorded delivery or that proof of postage is sought, as we can not be held liable for items not received.
If you need to return an item, please enclose the original invoice.
We reserve the right not to refund or exchange if the above procedures are not followed.

Payment
We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Debit Cards and Paypal. For your added security, all payments are processed through Paypal and your card details are not entered on our site.
All payments are in GBP.
Privacy Policy
We only use the information you provide to process your order and keep you up to date with new products and special promotions. We do not sell or share your information with any third party. If you prefer not to receive details of new products and special promotions from us, please inform us via email.
If you register as a user with us we will ask for some relevant information including your name, email address, home address, delivery address, phone numbers etc.This information allows you to place subsequent orders without resubmitting these details.
